Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Aspen Attic Insulation team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Insulation Work
Every job at Aspen Attic Insulation is priced job by job, off a free written estimate. There’s no hourly rate ticking in the background, no plan to join, nothing to sign up for. You see the full number for your specific attic before anyone picks up a tool.
That matters because insulation jobs aren’t interchangeable. A finished attic in a 1960s ranch behaves differently than an open cathedral ceiling in a newer build. The material, the depth, the access – they all affect the job. So rather than post a price that fits no one’s house perfectly, we come out, look at what you actually have, and put a number on paper that reflects what your job actually takes. That number is the price. It doesn’t move.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out
Nothing. The estimate visit is free.
Here’s what it includes: one of our technicians walks your attic, takes measurements, notes what’s there and what’s missing, and tells you what they found in plain language. Then they hand you a written price before leaving. The whole visit typically takes under an hour. You’re under no obligation to book – if you want to think it over, sleep on it, or get a second opinion, that’s completely fine. We’d rather you feel certain than feel pressured. The estimate costs you nothing, and saying no costs you nothing either.
When People Usually Call Us
Most calls come in one of two situations.
The first is reactive: a heating bill that jumped without an obvious reason, a room that’s warm in winter when every other room is cold, or an HVAC system that runs longer than it used to. Those are signs that something has changed in the attic – insulation settles over time, and what was adequate at installation may not be adequate now. Homeowners in this situation usually want to understand what’s happening before they commit to anything.
The second is planned: someone is already updating the house, replacing the HVAC, or getting ready for a seasonal shift, and they want the attic addressed while their attention is already there. Fall and late winter are when we hear from this group most often – once the air turns, a drafty ceiling stops being a background annoyance and becomes an obvious problem.
Either way, the conversation starts the same: we come out, we look, we tell you what we found, and we give you a written price. What you do with that is up to you.
What You Can Expect From Us Either Way
A few things don’t change regardless of the job or the season.
The written price comes before any work starts – every time, no exceptions. That’s not a promotion. It’s how we’ve operated since 2002, and it’s part of what it means to carry the Threshold Verified standard.
Every repair is covered by our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if something we did isn’t right within a year of the job, we come back and fix it. In writing. If the repair fails, the second visit is free.
Before your technician arrives, you’ll receive their name and photo. They’ll show a photo ID badge at the door and arrive in a clean, marked uniform. Every technician on our crews is background-checked and identity-verified. If anyone shows up who you weren’t told to expect, the visit is on us and we make it right. That protocol exists because we know that for a lot of homeowners, opening the door to a stranger is a real concern – not a small one.
We also carry eight material brands – Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Knauf, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber – so the right product goes into your attic, not just the one that happens to be on the truck.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, completely. A technician comes out, evaluates your attic, and hands you a written price before leaving. There’s no trip charge, no diagnostic fee, and no obligation to book. If you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing.
Do you offer financing or a monthly plan?
No, and that’s deliberate. We price each job off a free written estimate, and that written number is the only commitment we ask you to look at. There are no payment plans, no subscriptions, no membership tiers – just a clear price for a specific job, in writing, before work starts. We’ve found that homeowners actually prefer it that way.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per visit. If you have questions about which applies to your job, the easiest thing is to ask when you call – a live person picks up, and they can sort it out in about thirty seconds.
Does the price change once your technician is here?
No. The written estimate is the price. If the technician gets into the attic and finds something that wasn’t visible from the ground – an access issue, damaged decking, anything unexpected – they stop, explain what they found, and give you a revised written number before doing anything beyond the original scope. You decide whether to proceed. The original estimate never quietly expands into something bigger.

Call (864) 428-1615 – a live person answers, day or night, every day of the year. Or book online if that’s easier. Either way, we’ll get a technician out to your attic, tell you exactly what we find, and leave you with a written price before we leave. No pressure. No clock running.
