Promise Terms - Aspen Attic Insulation

The Promise, in One Paragraph

When Aspen Attic Insulation finishes a job at your home, our responsibility doesn’t end at the door. For 365 days from your service date, every bit of work we performed and every material we supplied is covered – in writing, no asterisks required. If something we did isn’t holding up the way it should, call us. We schedule a return visit, we look at it, and we make it right. No forms to fill out, no fee, no digging for a receipt. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it means exactly what it says.

Call (864) 428-1615

What’s Covered

  • The workmanship on your job. Any installation, air sealing, or prep work our crew performed is covered for the full 365 days – if it wasn’t done right, we come back and do it right.
  • Materials we supplied and installed. If a product we sourced and put in – whether that’s Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, GreenFiber, or Knauf – isn’t performing as it should because of how it was installed, that’s on us.
  • A return visit at no charge. Calling to report a problem costs you nothing; the visit to look at it costs you nothing either.
  • A full re-do when a repair doesn’t hold. If we come back and address something and it still isn’t right, we come back again – that second visit is free and built into the promise.
  • Clean-up. We leave your attic access, your hallway, and your home the way we found them – or better. That’s part of every job, not a courtesy we can skip.
  • A straight answer. If we look at a concern and it falls outside what the promise covers, we’ll tell you plainly why, in plain language, before anyone does anything.

What Isn’t Covered

We’ll always come take a look. But in the interest of being straight with you from the start, here’s what the 365-Day Done Right Promise doesn’t extend to:

  • Damage that happened after our visit. A roof leak, a storm, flooding, a pest intrusion, or any other event outside our control that affects the insulation or the space – that’s not something we can fairly be held to.
  • Work done by someone else. If another contractor worked in your attic after we did, we can’t stand behind the condition of what we installed once it’s been touched by others.
  • Parts or materials the customer supplied. We warranty what we source. Products you provided for us to install carry whatever warranty the manufacturer offers – not ours.
  • Normal settling or aging on equipment we didn’t install. Existing HVAC equipment, ductwork, or structural components that were in place before our visit are outside the scope of this promise.
  • Conditions we flagged but you chose not to address at the time. If our technician pointed out an issue during the job and you decided to hold off on it, that item isn’t something we can cover retroactively. We’d still come look at it – we’d just start fresh with a new estimate.

Again: if you’re not sure whether something qualifies, call us anyway. We’re reasonable people and we’d rather look than guess.

How to Use the Promise

Step 1: Call (864) 428-1615 or book online

A live person answers every call, around the clock – no voicemail loop, no callback window. Tell us you’re calling about a job we completed and that you have a concern you’d like us to look at.

Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when

Give us your name and a general sense of when the work was done – we have the full job on file, so there’s no receipt to hunt down and no form to complete. We’ll pull up the details on our end.

Step 3: We schedule the return visit

We’ll set up a time that works for you. The visit is at no charge, and – because we work to the Threshold Verified standard – you’ll get your technician’s name and photo before anyone arrives, just like the first time.

Step 4: We make it right

If the problem falls within what we covered, we fix it – completely, not partially. If the repair doesn’t hold after that, the second return visit is already built into the promise.

Timing

The 365-day window starts on the date your job was completed. If you reach out just after the window closes, we’ll still come take a look – we’re not the kind of company that hides behind a calendar. Each Aspen Attic Insulation location is independently owned and operated, but every one of them is part of the Threshold Group family and every one of them honors this promise. The commitment isn’t a regional policy. It’s the standard.

Questions About the Promise

If you’re not sure whether your situation is covered, or you just want to talk through what happened before scheduling a visit, call us at (864) 428-1615. A real person picks up – any time of day – and they’ll give you a straight answer. No runaround, no transfers, no wait.
