What Our Promise Actually Means
If the work isn’t right, we come back out, fix it, and cover every bit of it in writing – for a full year from the day the job is done, no charge, no argument.
That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise. It isn’t a goodwill policy buried in small print. It’s a written commitment that travels with every job Aspen Attic Insulation completes, co-signed by the Threshold Group family under the Threshold Verified standard. What that means for you, practically: if your insulation is performing below what we said it would, or something we touched isn’t right, you call us. We don’t ask you to fill out a claims form. We don’t route you to a national call center. A live person picks up, we schedule a return visit, and we fix it. The only thing you have to do is tell us something’s wrong.
No hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. Every job is priced once, in writing, before a single piece of material goes up. That price is the price.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A one-truck shop can promise to call you back. What it can’t always promise is when.
Aspen Attic Insulation is part of the Threshold Group family – a national organization built around independently owned local crews who operate to the same verified standard. What that structure gives a homeowner is meaningful: when you call, a live person answers, around the clock. When that person routes your request, they’re routing it to a local crew that is already stocked, already dispatched from your area, and already accountable to a system larger than themselves.
We get an estimator to your property within two business days and put the written estimate in your hands within one business day of that visit. That window exists because we built the dispatch network to keep it. It’s not a marketing line – it’s the schedule our crews work to every day.
What a national brand and a local crew together can do is be big enough to answer and small enough to care who shows up at your door. That’s the balance we’ve held since 2002.
How We Make It Right
You Tell Us
Call (864) 428-1615. A real person answers – no voicemail, no callback window. You describe what you’re seeing: cold spots returning, an energy bill that climbed after installation, something that doesn’t look right in the attic. That’s the whole process on your end. We take it from there.
We Come Back Out
We schedule a return visit, and we get there. The same Threshold Verified standard that governed the original job governs the follow-up: you’ll know the tech’s name and see their photo before they arrive, and they’ll show a photo ID badge at the door. If anyone arrives who you weren’t told to expect, the visit is on us and we make it right.
We Fix It
Our technicians arrive with materials from the same eight brands we pull from on every job – Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Knauf, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber – so we’re not improvising the repair with whatever happens to be on the truck. The right product goes back in. The 365-day coverage doesn’t restart the clock on the original job; it just means the repair itself is guaranteed, too.
You Sign Off
We don’t close the job until you’re satisfied with what was done. You look at the work, you ask your questions, and we answer them. When you’re comfortable, you sign off. Not before. There’s no pressure to wrap up fast – the job isn’t done until it’s done right, and that’s what the written guarantee exists to enforce.
What Stands Behind the Promise
The guarantee is only as good as the people and systems backing it up. Here’s what’s actually in place.
- Background-checked, identity-verified technicians. Every technician who works under the Threshold Verified standard has been background-checked and identity-verified before they ever knock on a homeowner’s door. That’s not a suggestion – it’s a condition of operating under the Aspen name.
- Name and photo sent before the visit. You know who’s coming before they arrive. If someone else shows up, the visit is free and we make it right – full stop.
- Photo ID badge at the door, every time. Clean, marked uniforms. A photo badge. No ambiguity about who just pulled into your driveway.
- Written price before any work starts. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice. No post-job surprises, no hourly overruns, no upsells at the end.
- Eight material brands on hand. Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Knauf, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber cover a wide range of attic conditions and performance needs. We match the product to the job – not the other way around.
Each location is independently owned and operated, which means the person running your local crew has their name on the work. Threshold Group stands behind them. They stand behind their crew. That chain of accountability is what makes the promise mean something.
Ask Us to Prove It
The easiest way to see the promise in action is to call (864) 428-1615 – a live person will pick up. You can also book your free estimate online. The full terms of the 365-Day Done Right Promise are on our terms page; we’d rather you read them than take our word for it.
